What is the cheapest plant protein powder?
BulkSupplements.com Pea Protein Powder (1 kg) is the cheapest plant protein we track at $1.41 per 25 g of protein, before delivery. The most expensive is $8.32, a 5.9× spread for the same amount of protein.
Every figure is per 25 g of protein, computed from each product's own panel: protein per serving, times servings per container, against the price. Scoops are not the same size from one brand to the next, so a price per scoop or per tub compares nothing. Where a line comes in several flavors, one is priced.
Delivery moves this. Some stores here ship free only above a threshold and publish no rate below it, so a cheaper tub on the shelf can cost an unknown amount at checkout. The plant protein page ranks on delivered cost where it is known, which is why it can lead with a different product than this page does.

What this table does not tell you
8 of these 17 products are certified at the exact package sold. The rest are not marked as failing anything. Which certifier database each was searched in, and what was found, is on which plant protein brands are third party tested.
It says nothing about protein quality, amino acids, digestion or taste, and it does not compare pea against a blend on anything but price. It is the price of a fixed amount of protein as each label states it, and nothing more.
Products that are out of stock today carry no price and drop out of this ranking; they are still listed on the plant protein page with their label read.
Where to buy: the plant protein shortlist
The pick is the cheapest certified product, at the exact package sold where the certifier names packages, with no adverse finding on record, a price its retailer let us read recently, and no more than a year’s supply at the label’s serving; per delivered dose where the retailer publishes a delivery rate. Where none does, it is the cheapest such product before delivery, and it says how far the order is from free delivery. It is the same pick the category page shows. Any answer shown beside it is the cheapest under a different rule and says so on its own line; answers that cost more than the pick fold under one line until you ask for them.
How these lines are chosen
Among 21 products and 21 retailer listings we track; Amazon and Walmart are not included. A month is thirty doses of the size in the heading, priced the same way as the per-dose figure beside it. “Delivery known” ranks only products whose retailer publishes a delivery rate; a cheaper product with an unpublished rate is on its own line, or in the full list below.

What this rests on: prices we last recorded at the retailer named on each product page, which go stale, and each page says when it was checked; the products we track, not every product sold, and Amazon and Walmart are not among the stores; listings and labels read at the source, each linked from the page.
